Some things to think about:
1. How many hours do I need? What do I feel good on?
2. How is the quality of my sleep? Do I sleep straight through the night?
3. What is causing me to not fall asleep or stay asleep? What do I need to change?
The picture above are my lovely parents who came to visit last year. We all tried to stay awake for the Mayweather fight but as you can see.... sleep set in!
